The project involved the expansion of the existing hospital located in Via Spagnoletto.
The building consists of 13 levels: 9 above ground and 5 functional blocks. The compact volume with staggered floors, develops on a massive stone base, in front of Piazzale Brescia.
The structure is equipped with three vertical connection cores: the first to serve health activities, with an emergency exit directly on Via Magnasco; the second directly connected to the main entrance and used by the public, the third consisting of a safety staircase with direct exit to the outside.
