The initiative provides for the redevelopment of a building, consisting of two constructions for a total of about 22,000 square meters above ground, and an underground plate containing parking lots, storage depots and technical rooms. The edifices consist of two underground floors and six floors above ground plus a roof.
The construction project was carried out by us in BIM with a level of detail LOD 350.
The subdivision of the models has led to the creation of over 20 federated models, according to the discipline (architectural-structural-continuous facades, etc.), and also satisfying the needs and timing of the construction site as well as the tenants.
The main challenge of this project was the coordination of individual supplier projects (metal carpentry, single and double skin curtain walls, false ceilings, plasterboard walls, etc.), with the aim of maintaining constant control and updating of all information present in the different models.
