Campus Monneret is a new student residence , the result of the renovation of a students and workers hostel historically owned by the Cariplo Foundation. The building offers about 267 beds for students and teachers at affordable prices. The project interventions on the existing building were aimed at increasing the available accommodation places.
In addition to the accommodations, several common spaces have been implemented, such as the study room, the relaxation/dining room, the gym, the common kitchen, the large entrance furnished with seats and internet points. An element of excellence of the initiative is certainly the quality of the renovation from the constructive point of view, of the finishes, the furnishings and the distribution of the spaces.
