The new district is located in the south-east area of Milan, near the Rogoredo railway station and is destined to social housing and free sale for overall 650 apartments and related underground garages, distributed in a total of 5 lots and 23 buildings.
Overall, besides the many green areas, there is a kindergarten, a small shopping center and some social functions connected to the residences.
We created the three-dimensional architectural design in LOD 350 . The biggest challenge for us was certainly the organization and internal planning of the models, given the multiplicity of buildings, as well as the management of interdisciplinarity with systems and structures that were carried out in 2D.
