Located in the Santa Teresa district of Piacenza, in the old town center and overlooking the main street (Corso Vittorio Emanuele II). The initiative involved the renovation and the structural consolidation of existing buildings with the expansion of the underground floors. Composed mainly of 2 buildings identified as A and B, it consists of 62 apartments sold in the form of social housing and free sale. On the ground floor of the buildings, several shops and commercial units have been inserted.
The integrated project was managed by D & D as Project Management and Project Leader in collaboration with Studio ITI for the artistic direction and the choice of finishes.
