D&D was born in 1996 from an idea of Vito De Stefano and Elio De Stefano, with a very ambitious goal: design at 360° in economic sustainbale way without give-up quality, aesthetics and functionality of the projects.
That’s why we take care of our customers’ ideas in every moment of design and costruction evolutions, from the concept to the turnkey realization of the buildings.
Our efficient knowledge of site reality, construction techniques, and frequent technical updates help us every day to achieve our goals and realize the wishes of our customers.
In every phase we provide and support our customers on the estimation, containment and forecasting of project costs. Our concreteness and strong technical vision, guide us to provide conscious design that masters every possibility and detail of the projects (finishing, knots, construction details etc.).
Our determination helps us to find constructive solutions even where no other possibilities seem to exist. We reduce in-process variants, especially on site construction without leaving nothing to chance so to avoid the risk of unexpected budget increases.
